Refund Policy

To provide the best possible service and manage reservations effectively, please note our cancellation fees based on the timing of your cancellation relative to the tour or event date:

• Cancellation made 7 or more days before the event: No cancellation fee will be charged. You are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.

• Cancellation made between 3 to 6 days before the event: A cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking price will apply.

• Cancellation made 2 days or less before the event: A cancellation fee of 100% of the total booking price will be charged. No refund will be provided.

Please ensure that any cancellation requests are submitted in writing via email to booking@helsinkiporvootours.com within the timeframe specified above. Cancellations received after these deadlines will be subject to the applicable fees.

We encourage you to review your travel plans carefully and notify us as early as possible if changes are necessary. This enables us to offer your spot to other customers and helps us maintain smooth operations.
