Prices
We do not charge any additional booking fees beyond the price displayed on our website. However, prices may be updated at any time before or after your booking confirmation.
Booking and Confirmation
Bookings are confirmed via email to the address you provide. Your booking becomes binding once Helsinki & Porvoo Tours confirms it and we receive your payment.
If you book through one of our distribution partners, please direct all booking confirmations and cancellations to them.
Changes and Cancellations
If you wish to change your booking date, please contact us as soon as possible at booking@helsinkiporvootours.com While we will do our best to accommodate your request, changes are subject to availability.
Please verify that your other travel plans align with your Helsinki & Porvoo Tours booking dates.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing by emailing booking@helsinkiporvootours.com
Cancellation policies vary by product; please check the specific product page for details. All deadlines follow Helsinki local time.
Helsinki & Porvoo Tour’s Responsibilities
Helsinki & Porvoo Tours and our partners are not liable for any events beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of war, government actions, adverse weather conditions, terrorism, or other force majeure situations. If such circumstances impact your arrangements, we will inform you promptly of any changes or cancellations. However, we cannot offer compensation for these occurrences.
Our total liability is limited to the price paid for the affected booking.
Customer’s Responsibilities
​It is essential that you and all members of your party hold appropriate and comprehensive travel insurance to cover your journey. Helsinki Tour and our partners accept no liability for costs or losses arising from insufficient insurance coverage. We strongly recommend securing travel insurance when you make your booking.
You are responsible for verifying all visa and immigration requirements with the relevant authorities. Helsinki Tour is not responsible if you travel without proper documentation such as passports, visas, or health insurance.
Please ensure you bring a printed booking confirmation and valid photo identification to present to our service partners. Arriving on time at the designated meeting point is your responsibility — whether at the tour start or bus departure.
You are responsible for your own safety, the safety of any dependents traveling with you, and the security of your personal belongings throughout your tour.
